SMS Opt-In
CallBridge clients may choose to receive service-related SMS notifications about calls handled for their account.
How Clients Opt In
CallBridge clients may opt in to SMS notifications during onboarding, through a written request, or by asking CallBridge Services to enable text message notifications for their account.
During Onboarding
Clients are asked whether they would like to receive SMS notifications for calls handled by their virtual receptionist.
Written Request
A client may request SMS notifications in writing as part of their service setup or account communication.
Direct Request
A client may ask CallBridge Services to enable text message notifications for their account.
If the client chooses SMS notifications, CallBridge enables text alerts for that client’s phone number.
What SMS Notifications May Include
Client SMS notifications may contain service information related to calls handled for the client.
- Caller name
- Caller phone number
- Caller message
- Missed call information
- A short call summary
Only Clients Who Request SMS Notifications Receive Them.
These messages are service-related account notifications only. They are not marketing messages, political campaign outreach, voter messaging, or promotional texts.
Opt Out at Any Time
Clients may stop SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP.
Request Assistance
Clients may reply HELP for assistance with SMS notifications.
