If you connect a Google Calendar account, we only request the Google user data and permissions reasonably necessary to provide appointment scheduling and calendar availability features. We do not request access to unrelated Google data such as Gmail content, Google Photos, Google Drive files, or contacts unless explicitly stated and separately authorized.

How We Use Information

We use collected information to:

  • Schedule and manage appointments

When you connect Google Calendar or Apple Calendar, CallBridge Services may:

  • Check calendar availability

  • Create calendar events
  • Update calendar events
  • Cancel calendar events

We use this access only to support scheduling and calendar-related features you request.

You can revoke connected calendar access at any time through your Google or Apple account settings, or by contacting us directly.

Call Recordings, Voicemail Recordings, and Transcripts

Our services may create and store call recordings, voicemail recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated call summaries in order to:

  • Deliver voicemail and message details
  • Provide customer support records
  • Confirm appointment activity
  • Improve service reliability and quality
  • Investigate technical problems, misuse, fraud, or security incidents

As a general rule, recordings, transcripts, and summaries are processed automatically by our systems and service providers.

Human review is limited. Authorized personnel may review recordings, transcripts, or summaries only when reasonably necessary for:

  • Customer-requested support
  • Troubleshooting
  • Quality assurance
  • Security investigation
  • Legal compliance
  • Dispute resolution

SMS Communications
