How Clients Opt-In
CallBridge clients may opt in to SMS notifications during onboarding, through a written request, or by asking CallBridge Services to enable text message notifications for their account.
During onboarding, the client is asked whether they would like to receive SMS notifications for calls handled by their virtual receptionist.
If the client chooses SMS notifications, CallBridge enables text alerts for that client’s phone number.
Client SMS notifications may include caller name, caller phone number, caller message, missed call information, and a short call summary.
Only CallBridge clients who request SMS notifications receive these messages.
These messages are service-related account notifications only. They are not marketing messages, political campaign outreach, voter messaging, or promotional texts.
Message frequency varies based on call volume. Message and data rates may apply.
Clients may opt out at any time by replying STOP. Clients may reply HELP for help.
